Account Analytix is a bookkeeping health check tool for Corient BS. It reviews client books across a Master period (full reference scope) and a Report period (the window under review), then surfaces issues for your team to action. Follow the four steps below.

The Workflow
1Pick a Client
2Pick a Sub-client
3Set Review Periods
4Review & Submit
1Pick a Client
Dashboard listing all clients 1 2 3
1Sidebar — switch between every page: Dashboard, Admin Panel, User Management, Role Management, Review History and this User Guide.
2Client card — shows the client name and how many Xero sub-clients sit under it. Click it to drill in.
3Search & filters — find a client by name, or narrow the list with the filter tabs below the search box.

The Dashboard lists every client your team manages. Click any client card to open its sub-clients.

2Pick a Sub-client
Sub-clients of the selected client 1 2 3
1Sub-client card — each maps to one Xero organisation. Click a card to start its review.
2Health score — the sub-client's latest bookkeeping health, from 0 to 100.
3⋮ menu — View, Report Sync, and Sync actions for that sub-client.

Each sub-client is one Xero organisation. Before reviewing, open the ⋮ menu → Sync to pull fresh data from Xero. Click a card to open the Date Range setup.

3Set Review Periods
Date Range setup with the period editor 1 2 3 4
1Master period — the full reference range, usually the financial year. Changes rarely.
2Report period — the subset of months you are reviewing this cycle.
3Timeline — drag the blue bar or its handles to set the report window. Presets give common ranges.
4Save & View Overview — confirm the periods and open the review.

Set two date ranges, then click Save & View Overview to continue.

4Review & Submit
Overview page with the stepper and task panel 1 2 3 4
1Stepper — four review stages. Finish one stage to unlock the next.
2Stats — items, checks, issues and error value for the period.
3Get Counts — pull record counts from Xero. This unlocks the tasks.
4Task list — the checks to work through for the current stage.
A selected task showing its detail panel and data table 1 2 3
1Task — click any task to open it.
2Detail panel — the task name, actions, and file upload.
3Data table — the transactions behind the check, searchable and exportable.

The Overview is where the review happens. Click Get Counts to unlock the tasks, then work the stepper top to bottom. Open each task, review its data table, mark it done or skip it. When a stage is complete, submit it for approval.

Health Scores

Each check category returns a health score from 0–100.

● 80–100 Healthy ● 50–79 Needs Attention ● 0–49 Critical

Master vs Report Period

The Master period is the full baseline range (e.g. the financial year). The Report period is the subset of months reviewed this cycle. Both show in the period bar on the Date Range and Overview pages.

Sync Status

Sync % shows how much of a sub-client's data has been pulled from Xero into Account Analytix. 100% means every transaction in the Master period is synced; below 100% some checks may be incomplete. Use the ⋮ menu → Sync on a sub-client card to trigger a fresh pull.

Tips

On the Date Range page, click the period bar to expand or collapse period editing. Drag the blue timeline bar to shift the whole report window within the master period, or drag a handle to resize one end.
